At the heart of our practice lies a commitment to promote your wellbeing through a comprehensive approach that takes advantage of your body’s innate healing capabilities.
Grounded in the science of psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), our methodology is designed to provide a profound understanding of health and neurodiversity acknowledging the unique experiences of each individual in today’s complex world for:
If only the equation above was that simple, considering today’s complex world.
If you are dealing with a chronic condition or suspect you are neurodivergent this gets even trickier, it will require extra work and constancy. But if our founder managed to balance her health you can too.
Our bodies have the natural capacity to heal, for example, one of the first steps in the healing process is inflammation.
When we are injured, our bodies release a cascade of chemicals that cause blood vessels to dilate, allowing immune cells to reach the site of injury. These immune cells help to remove damaged tissue and fight off any potential infections. Although inflammation can be uncomfortable and even painful, it’s a necessary part of the healing process.
The problem is that chronic stress (a lot of it sustained in long periods) also creates inflammation, and this called ´´low grade inflammation´´ is very dangerous to the body as it can persist unnoticed for years, and could lead to a series of chronic conditions. Therefore to heal we need to understand the natural wisdom of our bodies.
Taking the first step toward a better life with ADHD starts with understanding. We believe that the more you grasp how your unique neurodivergent traits and how your neurotype manifests in your daily life, the better equipped you’ll be to shift from feeling overwhelmed to empowered.
Our sessions are designed to help you build on your unique strengths and traits while tackling areas of persistent challenge.
Fear or resistance
Overthinking and out of control feelings
Feeling you are burden and that nobody understands you
The difficulty of making decisions
People pleasing or imposter syndrome
We focus on building deep self-awareness and sustainable change, moving you from reacting to intentionally living.
We start by establishing a strong foundation of self-acceptance. This involves: Self-Exploration: Gaining deep self-awareness to understand and accept your unique neurodivergent operating system. Empowerment: Mastering your ADHD to build authentic confidence and a genuine sense of accomplishment. Nervous System Clarity: Exploring your nervous system to recognize your unique stress triggers and response patterns, helping you stay grounded.
We develop realistic, sustainable systems tailored specifically to your brain, capacity, and safety: Sustainable Planning: Building a step-by-step plan that honors your current capacity and readiness for change, moving past "one-size-fits-all" advice. Shifting Reactions: Challenging ingrained emotional reactions and limiting beliefs that keep you stuck. Strengthening Inner Resources: Developing internal resilience so that real change feels practical, achievable, and maintainable. Long-Term Resilience: Focusing on long-term balance and stability, not just quick, short-term relief.
We incorporate mindful movement to support regulation, a highly effective technique for the neurodivergent experience: Sensory Regulation: The rhythmic and repetitive nature of Qi Gong movements can help regulate sensory input, providing a calming and centering experience, particularly beneficial for those who struggle with sensory overload or social anxiety. Body Awareness: Enhancing proprioception (the awareness of your body position), which helps build a stronger, more grounded connection between your mind and body.
